Change Claims Address As A Whole

We had an entire insurance company change their claims address. It would be great if we could change that address only once instead of individually having too change each claims address one by one.

Be able to attach the same narrative for every eclaim

I would like to be able to attach a narrative (D1999 PPE Fee) to every claim that is sent out by having a master claim document that I can attach that too so I don't have to manually put it in every time.

Please make these reports interactive like the Collections Manager & CC Report. This would save having to print them out.

Add Full fee to aging report

When calling on insurance aging report, it would be extremely helpful to view the full fee that the claim was submitted at as well as the in network fee. this would speed up the process when speaking to the insurance companies.

Claims Deadline Date

I have found that there are insurance companies that require claims to be paid within 12 months, 15 months & even 18 months from the date of service. It would be nice to enter a higher number than 12.

Would like to track completed pre-authorizations

After we receive a completed pre-d I would like to be able to access these "claims" for future reference. i.e. to be able to schedule the patient. This does not seem to be available in a report.
