Secondary itrans preauths not working

It has been over a year since secondary preauths have not been able to be sent with itrans. I have called about this issue several times and I am told the only thing I can do is submit a complaint. It worked before version 23 from what I understan...

Patient arrival alert

We would like a better way to view when a patient arrives. Currently we change the appointment status color, but this is often overlooked. It would be great to have the appointment start flashing.
