More space for first and last names to be able to submit claims instead of via mail or email

When submitting claims, claims get rejected when submitting because name is cut off. Not enough to enter either first or last name.

Zero out treatment plans

Be able to zero out treatment plans (like the ledger).

Down payment "hold"

Be able to put a "hold" on a down payment amount. Which means they will show up on an aging report (currently they would show as a credit balance). Filtering for >$1 doesn't help enough.

Ledger detail window

Make ledger detail window automatically appear when putting in a payment. Having to remember to click on details is leaving room for user error (and user error is happening).

Block out closed hours

Add 1 more line on the statement. could we: make margins narrower, take a line out from something above, or make font smaller?
