Option to not include inactive providers when printing day sheets. This wastes so much paper!

Inactivating providers no longer in the practice, moving those balances to another providers, it is not necessary to have them on the day sheet and waste paper.

Ability to Delete a provider or staff member

We had 2 providers mistakenly entered as providers and not staff as they should have. No charges or activity were ever put in for these temporary staff IDs, so we should be able to delete them. Inactivating them keeps them showing up on Provider A...

Fee schedule of top 100 codes

I need to update my fee schedule and when I pull the report it is 11 pages. It would be nice to have a report to pull that has the top codes so I don't have to wade through so many that do not pertain to our daily practice.

Remove or Archive Providers no longer with the practice

We have maximized our providers and are no longer able to add new providers. To make room for new providers, we would like to be able to archive deceased or inactive providers.

Past batch processing for completed procedures in treatment plans

patient stating her treatment plan is less than charged amount when we printed treatment plan in July and completed treatment in December. We need to be able to print treatment plans from a past date even after we have completed work.

Audit trail report to include family file info

It would be helpful if there was a way to see which user made changes to a patient's family file, specifically removing/changing a patient's insurance.

Archived Report Option in Audit Trail Report

We had a patient mysteriously archived and no reason why. We knew the date from the family file but no user name was attached. Wanted to see if other patients were archived the same date but no way to isolate that date on the archived patient repo...

List of Archive patients

It would be so helpful if the list could be edited by date range. The way it is it generates a list of EVERYONE that has ever been archived.
