Procedure Reports

I would like to have a report that shows the number of procedures done within a certain time frame and percentage of procedures done, not based on production, just procedure codes.

Make the route slip customizeable

The pts ssn should not print on the route slip and the notes from the family file should not print on the route slip those should be private

Add more filter options in the Letters & Custom Lists Report.

I should be able to access anything I input about a patient in a custom report. This includes information like specific group numbers for insurance, so I can better update fee schedules and policy information.
