create a report of patients that spend more than $$ $ during the year

It is useful to track patients who has done big cases and get rewarded at the end of the year

A report that will show only DOS totals by provider. ie: Prophy, 4 BWs & Fluoride

This would be useful when providers want to check production for a day without all the other information like payments on accounts and adjustments made to balances.

Search Features

Dentrix does not have search features throughout it's program that are user friendly especially for codes. Procedure code set-up is complicating and very time consuming again no feature to search easily as well.

Allow more than one provider & bank info under "Practice Info" to integrate Care Credit.

It will not allow you to integrate Care Credit when you have 2 or more Dr.'s who practice within one office when they have separate banking information.

A report that shows our actual office fees (UCR fees) that are sent to insurance vs our contracted fees from the ledger

This would be useful to actually see what we produced with our actual office fees vs our contracted fees that show in the ledger and our month-end reports. It is nice not seeing the large write-off amounts at the end of the month (or year), howeve...
