Electronic Letters

Sending a batch of patient letters BY MAIL using the same concept as the billing system. That way, we do not have to send the letters by hand from the office. Saves us time and money.

Longer character count for Fee Schedule Names

7 characters are just not long enough for the fee schedule name. Please allow more characters for a longer, more descriptive fee schedule name.

Changing providers

In the continuing care it would be very nice to be able to change the whole patient load to one provider rather than having to go in to each patient and change individually.

Batch report

I think it would be VERY beneficial to have a report that would show claims that have been batched, but not esent yet. We have many claims that we are finding have been batched, but not sent to insurance yet.

Change ID for staff members

It would be nice if there was a way to change the 'ID' for staff members other than providers. It would be nice to have an ID closer to employee names rather than just random letters/numbers

We need to print multiple deposits. But we need each day to be accurate. Amounts of Visa, Am express ect cannot be on two deposits!!!
