Add subscriber information to custom list data fields

Having this information makes verifing INS for insured patients so much easier (if you don't use the ecentral module. It allows everything to be opened in excel.

Add to the Chronological Day Sheet

Is there a way we can remove the column that the patients phone number is in and replace it with a column that shows their fee schedule? This would benefit our practice by showing us how many patients from each group are being seen each day.
