Changing providers

In the continuing care it would be very nice to be able to change the whole patient load to one provider rather than having to go in to each patient and change individually.

A report to show the amount of aging which is not covered by insurance meaning the monies owed by patients.

A report to show the amount of aging which is not covered by insurance meaning the monies owed by patients. I need to know what part of the aging is insurance and what part is owe by patients.

INCATIVATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS OF PATIENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE OFFICE IN 18+ MONTHS AND DO NOT HAVE A FUTURE APPOINTMENT

Ability to remove Payment Agreement totals from 90 day past due

This will give us a better number of what is actually 90 days past due. It would be great to have a button to click when setting up a payment agreement so it won't be included in the 90 day past due.

Batch report

I think it would be VERY beneficial to have a report that would show claims that have been batched, but not esent yet. We have many claims that we are finding have been batched, but not sent to insurance yet.

Deposit Slip Refresh

Would love to be able to refresh the deposit slip from the print preview. If any changes are made to payments made or one is added, it doesn't update when you hit "refresh" on the print screen. You have to close the window and preview the document...
