Running a patient refund report

Currently, there is a way to run a report to give a general overview of patient refunds by providers, but there is no way to get a breakdown by patient name, day, month, etc.

a report that gives provider name, pt name and ins with procedure code and total of charges for ea code

report needs to be for production of a Hyg provider for specific code w/ ins info and chgs with pt's name

Create a list of patients who have never had a cleaning

We could call the patient's and get them in for a cleaning if they have only come in for tx or emergencies.

It would help with marketing and knowing what area most of your treatment accepting patients come from.

End of year payment report

There should be a report in Dentrix that you can print all the payments a patient has paid throughout the year and all family members WITHOUT showing the ledger with the procedures just payments made. Primarily for Tax Purposes

Create report that would illustrate Payer Mix by Medicaid/Insurance Companies/Self-Pay.

This metric would allow practices to analyze the payer mix. It is also required to complete the CARES Act Provider Relief Fund application.

Need to have the insurance aging report do a calculate by a certain date in the past

the regular aging report has the option to calculate by a certain date, like 31 jan 2022.
