Ledger Discounts freezing

When adding payment discounts ledger freezes and won't allow adjustments.

WHEN YOU DO UPDATES- make it ala carte for the changes. Some stuff we dont want

the last update (that we will ever do) made it impossible to archive people becuz of active ledger balances (that is how we were told to do it many moons ago, but it takes major TIME to go "adjust" everything out on their ledger to get it to zero ...

Please change the way patients are archived.

I do not think making the payment apply to each patient when there is a guarantor is going to work. When parents/guarantors request info for taxes, etc. they do not want to see that their child paid the bill. Please change it back to way it was be...

Family Portion of Balance at left bottom of ledger is very misleading, this needs relabeled!

More space is needed when writing Billing Statement Note as explaining why bill is being sent.
