Specify if it was and emailed statement or mailed statement sent on journal

It would be nice to be able to see what type of statement was sent (emailed or paper ) when it gets added to the journal and / or document center.

Adding staff member name on claims

An option to select staff member name when putting in insurance payments and when batching out claims so that it is known who did it. Helps offices with multiple front desk employees that have multiple people handling claims.

A monthly utility to manage Provider Credit Balances

I would like to see a utility/application that can be scheduled in the Task Manager to handle Provider Credit Balances. This would eliminate the need to manage each account individually and have them cleaned up or corrected in one utility action.
