Attach patient payments to a procedure, invisalign example.

To track how much a patient has paid toward a procedure that insurance will pay over a number of months. Easier for office to understand what a patient still owes.

Please quit locking the notes that are attached to adjustment. So that they can be viewed after the month has closed.

Refund adjustments need to be added to collections adjustments, and not go towards production

When we create a refund it adds a positive adjustment. We use this adjustment towards our production to find our totals for the day, month, year. These refunds are not supposed to be included in production, but they go towards collections.
