Add each family members balance next to their name

After clicking on "View" in the Ledger, it would be nice to see the patients individual balance next to their name. That way you do not have to click on each patient to find who the balance is on.

No warning for attachments on claim submission if pre-authorization completed

It would be great that if we have sent a pre-authorization with attachments and the procedure was approved the warning when sending claims would go away or we would be notified that we had already sent attachments to the insurance.

Statement mailing address needs to move 4 spaces to the right or center statement on the page.

Option to see past bills sent to patients

We should be able to see past bills sent to patients so we can help explain the patient's bill to them or for researching what was sent to the patient. Ledgers change all the time and being able to see what they see makes for a smoother conversation.
