Default selected payment type in "Enter Payment" should be "Credit card."

When clicking to "Process payment" in patient ledger, "Check payment" is currently the default payment type. We must scroll to find "Credit card," click to highlight before we can process a payment. "Credit card" should be the default payment type...

Adding staff member name on claims

An option to select staff member name when putting in insurance payments and when batching out claims so that it is known who did it. Helps offices with multiple front desk employees that have multiple people handling claims.
