Ability to print statement with custom date parameters

Patients often request custom dates of transactions. Currently that is not doable through the print feature with either transactions OR statement.

Print Income Tax Receipt

The option now is not an Income Tax Receipt. It should show only payments made by the patient throughout the tax year. Not the adjustments, treatments, ins. payments, etc.

Option to print or email patient walkout

We would not waste paper. It is a lot less step to do a direct email then to print. scan, email.

That the balance due shows also the breakdown of the amount owed/including each family member.

Remove limit on procedure amount

Trying to enter an amount of 10000.01 but due to a limit it doesn't allow, there is a limit of 6 characters, and we need to enter it 2 times to match the amounts

Add automatic %3 processing fee for credit card payments.

Please add the automatic %3 processing fee to the patient and credit card payments. So, patient pays for processing fee.

merge old inactive patient and same re-entered patient ledgers

We mistakenly entered a "new" patient into Dentrix but they were already an existing patient, and set complete treatment on the new patient ledger. It would be great if we could merge those two ledgers and combine so there's no confusion

When posting payment or checkout patient option to email receipt as well as printing.

Most patients want an email receipt vs a printed receipt for visits and payments.
