Have a View Function in Ledger so all payments and adjustments pertaining to specfic charges/procedures are grouped together. A 'quick view' of where balances are coming from without having to do full account ledger audit. This would really help the front desk as well to also answer questions about why someone owes.

make more space available in the guarantor notes

we are very detailed and put in a lot of notes in the guarantor section. This section fills up entirely too fast, please open it up to allow more space to put more notes.

Email receipts/ledgers directly through Dentrix

There should be an email option on the ledger that allows users to email receipts/ledgers etc directly through Dentrix picking up the email from the family file instead of printing (wasting paper), scanning, emailing and then shredding.
