Ater batching bulk ins payment and then generating single statements, accounts with a zero balance are included.

This causes errors in quickbill preview of single statements and typically kicks us out

Would be nice to have the credit card icon change a different color if the credit card is saved.

When looking at the ledger if the credit card is a different color than it is normally to show that there is a credit card on file. Especially for billing purposes.

Allow autocharges on any day of the week without manually having to click process on credit card consents

Most dental offices are not open 7 days a week and do not have someone who can come in every day to click process credit card autocharges. The autocharge feature is useless in dentrix and i have been having to go to access my iq and manually setup...

Adding other merchants to powerpay

We are now using Merchant One instead of WorldPay due to the cost being lower and would benefit from adding our terminals to powerpay. It would create a lot more work for us to manually enter payments.

Only bill accounts aging, -30, -60, -90days

I would love to see the aging report adding before 30, 60, 90 days to keep track of the early balances before they get out of control. Alternatively, a date range of overdue account balances would be just as good.

In the bottom of ledger, where it shows balance info, aging, patient, family insurance portion - it would be nice to see the patients insurance name listed somewhere in the ledger...

Allow a payment to be split between family ledgers

It would be nice to be able to split a payment between family members if they each have a balance, instead of entering them into each ledger separately.

Make ADA or CDT codes available on printed ledgers

will help communicate between patient and admin staff when there are questions on EOB's from insurance companies compared to treatment plans/ledgers
