Having tax automated on the patient portion only across the system for all patients

We find that when we add tax automatically that it is too much and we still have to adjust because it does not take into consideration the patient portion-it taxes all of the treatment

Medical Claim Pre-Authorization

We can bill medical claims but are unable to send medical pre-auths which cuts the usefulness of being able to bill medical in half. The feature seems incomplete with out the ability to send pre-authorizations.

Fix issue of batched statements not saving to document center

In the past, batched statements saved to the document center. They haven't for a year now! The only time they will save is when you do a single statement. It is nice to refer back to. The documentation is needed if you send a patient to collections.
