Unfortunately I deleted an insurance claim with a payment attached to it from a week ago. I thought I was in the treatment plan and was deleting old estimate. Upon realizing the error I rebatched the claim but cant backdate payment against new claim so entered separate insurance payment which of course had to back date. However it shows up in my current totals because Dentrix always shows enter date on reports. Normally that is great but it would be nice if there was a way to back date for this purpose without it showing up as current. I am hoping after today, all the reports including A/R will be as they should be.
