flag late cases
Could you please create a flag, possibly a red highlight when cases are not marked received by the date so they will show up that they are late from the lab.

Mass Update of Treatment Case Notes
It would be useful because if you needed to add something to the case notes you would be able to update the new information on all patients at one time and you know for a fact you don't miss anyone

have lab slip attached to patients account
PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND OLD LAB SLIP AND ATTACHED IT TO THE PATIENTS ACCOUNT OR CHART SOMEHOW. THANKS!!!

Old lab cases once archived are hard to access
When a tooth restoration is done, it should go into the chart completed and with the shade, possibly when you click on the restoration. Material also that is noted such as Emax, Celtra, porcelain etc

Look up completed lab cases for each patient
Lab cases should be connected to each patient and then staff is able to look up past material types and shades. When using paper charts we keep the copies of all the patient's old lab scripts, isn't Dentrix suppose to be able to replace paper char...

Finding lab cases
Have a system to quickly find a patient's lab case when they do not have a seat appointment. It should be attached to a simple lookup. The current lab case manager does not have a search option.

Automatically marking Lab cases green once received
