Creating the ability to make Columns in the health and other questionairres.

This will decrease the length of questionnaires and will allow for a more esthetic form. This will also help with any digital form completion online or on tablet.

Pre-Medication checkbox on Family File for all appointments to be noted as "Premed"

On the patients Family File in Health History, having a "Premedication" checkbox to click and it will indicate on every appointment scheduled for the patient that they need to premed.

New Health History's at top of Health History note, instead of going to bottom.

Right now every time the Health History is updated it goes to the bottom of the list and you have to scroll through ALL previous ones to find the most recent.

It would be awesome to be able to print out the patient's existing medical history to go over at their appointment. Maybe like a day sheet, route slip, etc.

Medication list needs to allow more characters when entering them into the Health History.
