search medication list in the questionaire update window.

When updating the patient's questionairres, allow a search area to lookup the correct spelling in our current list of medications versus having to scroll the entire list to find the one you want to move to the box on the right.

Approved Hippa contacts in Health history

It would be helpful because then all the information for emergency contact, physician contact, preferred pharmacy & HIPPA would be in one place.

Have pt's emergency contact, physician, and pharmacy link to your questionnaire.

It's a double entry for our practice. We've created the field on our HH questionnaire, but it does not transfer the data. into the main screen of the pt's HH.

Allow Spanish paperwork to translate into the English version.

We have so many Spanish speaking patients that come in here. They have a hard time reading and writing in Spanish. It would be so great if yall came up with a way to have the Spanish form to be converted into English after they complete it.

Medication list

Can there not be a prefilled list with drugs? Since we now have the option to have a list of medications the patient is on already? Instead of having to create our own and possibly putting incorrect information in?

Add PI fields for Pharmacy Contact and Physician Contact in Health HX.

Be able to add other allergies and medical conditions that are not prelisted.

The health history pop up does not have all medicinal allergies or health history. There is a section for notes, would be nice if it could be put there.
