Being able to notate what Med is for when being setup.

When you setup a new medication it does not give the option to attach what it is for. You have to put the note under each individual patient.

Selecting multiple medications in the health history

Can only select one medication at a time from the drop down when entering medications. Please update to allow selection of multiple meds at a time (similar to medical conditions.) It is very laborious to enter each medication individually!

allow multiple relationships in the emergency contacts

We can add multiple emergency contacts but it only allows us to put one relationship to patient so we don't know what the other relationships are for the other emergency contacts.

New Patient online forms

In addition to adding a confirmation response once a patient has completed the online forms, please add some sort of notification allowing the user to know that their time is about to expire if they have become idle to long.

Approved Hippa contacts in Health history

It would be helpful because then all the information for emergency contact, physician contact, preferred pharmacy & HIPPA would be in one place.

Medical History Pop up

If the previous history was listed to pop up, then it should carry over to the new system and not have to manually fix each one.

Add multiple physicians to health history

Would be nice to add multiple physicians to a patient's health history. The patient may have a pcp and a cardiologist, but we have can only put one doctor.

Ability to add other types specialists to the list when adding a Dr. to a Patient file

We were trying to add a list of specialist Drs in a patients chart and noticed you cannot add new specialties. We were surprised that oncologist wasn't listed or rheumatologist. There were listed specialties that we would like to take off as well.

Download list for all medications

Medication listed by the patient are very hard to understand. Patients can't spell or write there prescriptions down. It would be nice to have a 3rd party application that will let us type a few letters and give us suggestions what the medication ...
