Automatically syncing the Contacts from the Health History to the Questionnaire

It would be most helpful if we could sync all the Contact information from the Health History to the Medical Questionnaire that the patient signs, just like how the medical conditions, medications are automatically synced.

Ability to set all medical alerts to pop up

The ability to set all alerts on all patients to pop up would be nice. We have many alerts that were setup incorrect, so we don't get a pop up or alert icon on the patient chart. Manually changing each alert on each patient is very time consuming.
