Missing Signed Clinical Note Report

A report is needed that can be run for a defined period of time, for patients that have been in the office and had a CDT code posted to the ledger, but are missing clinical note.

Set provider for Clinical Notes without having to change provider selection each time

I have to change from DDS1 to my ID HYG1, in order to have it labeled correctly in my clinical notes section. I would like to have it permanently set to HYG1 to avoid accidentally tagging DDS1 when doing notes after each patient.

Allow Dentrix to have group prompt for note templates.

This will benefit workflow as we can use our comprehensive note templates in a much more efficient manner. It also will allow use to use more sophisticated risk assessments without overburdening our team.

Add access to clinical notes on Dentrix mobile so the dentist can review chart notes from home.

It would be very helpful if the dentists were able to review and sign their clinical notes from home so they don't have to spend so much time in the office after hours.
