Only one signature

Getting rid of the option to pick any provider to sign a note. Once we have a default provider, we want to get rid of the option to choose any provider to sign. This is a big security risk.

Button in Rx Center to add Rx to clinical notes

We like to have Rx given to patients, documented in the clinical notes. As it is now, we have to prescribe the Rx in the Rx Center, then go to clinical notes to document it there.

Ability to back date in the clinical notes, this will help when its entered incorrectly.

Everyone will benefit from it, everyone makes mistakes and you only want to make sure what is entered in the system is correct and accurate.

Clinical notes with no procedures that day

Have a report that shows if there are clinical notes without any posted procedures for the date of the clinical note. That way if the clinical note is done and we did treatment then we can post it to the ledger since it was missed.

Privilage to use autonotes(clincal notes template)

Dentrix has the option to add clinical notes templates. I would like to see is there is a way to add who can use those auto notes (clinical notes template). I know eaglesoft has one where non-clinical staff or unwanted staff cannot access the auto...

Streamline template use for notes

For efficiency purposes it would be helpful to save note templates through Dentrix so we are able to click and drag each template into the patients notes to then finalize them.
