Dr. needs to check all his clinical notes before the month is closed out that he has written them and signed them off.

Add "More Information" icon to clinical notes manager

The clinical note manager is so useful but is limited without the "More Information" icon accessible from the same window. It would be very helpful to be able to toggle directly from the clinical notes manager to see when patient's next appointmen...

Sign Chart notes before closing.

We currently have an issue with our staff forgetting to sign their name on chart notes. I suggest no closing the notes until an employee can be chosen.

adjusting the new notes feature

The notes feature that was added to the bottom of the screen is great, however when an appointments codes are split between providers it creates a duplicate on the list for the patient and shows the note is missing because it only attaches itself ...

Transfer clinical notes templates/definitions to a different dentrix server

We have more then one location but each has its own sever. Each template I setup on one server I now have to manually transfer to the new server. Having multiple locations with different servers makes it very time consuming

Ability to Filter Clinical Notes Count by Provider

The new clinical notes count feature is nice, but it would be especially helpfult to filter the count shown in the apointment book by the individual provider. This would allow doctors to keep track of their individual unsigned clinical notes.

Clinical Notes assinged to a tooth number

Clinical notes to be assigned to a tooth #, so that when you are in progress notes and you click on view "clinical notes" in the progress notes tab, you can categorize notes by tooth
