Customize Perio chart sequence

Our doctor prefers to do his perio charting by quadrants vs the traditional right-left sequence. Therefore we are unable to use dentrix for our perio charting

misc. note panel in chart

I think a miscellaneous note panel in chart for info such as; gags easily, prefers no cavitron, cannot recline, has a parastesia, etc. We should not have to"look" for notes in other modules.
