Customize Dental charting for implant

I would love to be able to type above an implant the size & length of the implant and what type of implant so the Dr does not have to go looking into past notes for this information

Search dental codes by name not by procedure code, this has been asked many times lets make it happen :)

It would be so helpful to be able to search by procedure name or description and not the code. So much faster!

Stop in patient chart Progress notes Default to oldest date

Please if you could stop the progress notes in patient charts from defaulting back to oldest date when you delete a procedure. It is anoying to have to scroll back down to newest date all the time.
