INACTIVE PATIENTS TEXT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR

Instead of having all types (active, inactive, etc) of patients in black text, it would be helpful to have inactive patients names in a different color or bold font?

Report showing claims that have been BATCHED but not sent.

This report would be useful. There is no other way to find these unless by accident. They do not come up in the insurance aging report. They also do not come up in claims to be processed report.

Scalable Fonts in Patient Chart

We are using larger momnitors with higher resolution. We need to be able to change font sizes in dentrix windows to make screens readable in higher resolution.

synchronize contact info with ePrescribe

Preferred pharmacy listed on patient's contact info in their health questionnaire would synchronize with ePrescribe so that it would not have to be entered manually

Enhance Patient Search to Use MOBILE Phone Field

Many of our patients have both a land line and a mobile line. Please enhance the system to allow a search using the mobile phone field so that we can find better find our patients by their common phone.

Date and time on School/Work Excuses

Signatures for questionnaires on tablets

We would love to be able to use our tablets to have patient sign while they are in the treatment rooms as when they come to the front desk there is a lot to schedule and go over and signatures get missed.
