Hire More Support Staff Please! Waiting an hour or longer for help is unacceptable.

It takes an hour or more to get help. And, if all computers have to be out of dentrix for a fix and it can't be done at that moment, that means another hour or more to get back in touch with you guys. This is ridiculous!

Hire more call center staff

cut the on hold time. a 45 min on hold time is unacceptable. fix this by hiring temp staff to answer specific service calls

We should be able to edit or delete a contact in edex!
