Dentrix support call cost

Hello, Has anyone recently got told by Dentrix Support that a call to Dentrix technical (if not on a Support plan) costs $1,250 + tax? Just wanted to confirm if this is true or not

Change the way route slips print

Would like to take off the patient notes and Notes. That way the patient won't see if they have route slip in hand.
