Reminders for follow up on requests and other items to patients, referring dentists, etc.

as a specialist, I and/or my staff are calling referring dentists for copies of records, x-rays or just a callback to discuss patient care. A place to add reminders to follow up if responses are not received would be very useful.

Insurance description in the i

When billing or checking authorizations it would be helpful for the i box to include patient insurance information. Just the name and max/ Deductible used so that we can quickly quote the patient. I don't need patients address.

Security update: allow users to change without having to close down the modules

This is a time saver, closing down the modules and opening them back up takes time. if you could switch users without having to close down the modules would save time.
