HIPPA regulated appointment schedules with names

Hi , We have our schedules in each operatory and administrative desks. I would like to be able to print with just the phone number and procedures on schedules. No last name. I tried the "Preferred Name" option but it still show both first and last...

WHEN HYG IS SET COMPLETE, IT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATES IN RECALL

WE HAVE MULTIPLE HYGIENISTS IN OUR OFFICE AND HAVING IT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE IN RECALL WILL SAVE SO MUCH TIME NOT HAVING TO PHYSICALLY GO BACK AND UPDATE WHICH HYG THE PATIENT SAW.

Add a symbol on the patient appointment that shows patient has an electronic chart

We are changing our office over to all electronic and we are looking for a way to put a symbol on the patient appointment that shows the patient has an electronic chart not a paper chart. This would be very beneficial.

ASAP list to show all appointments @ once, not just by week

Prevent Duplicate Charts.

Pts come in say they have never been to the office and a duplicate chart is created, due to SSN, or Date of birth not kicking out patient as already existing.

we do not have the option to change the Start and End hours on the Appointment Book. It is setup to really show 12am to 12pm

It will help if we can customize the start and end hours on the appointment book based on our schedule. At this point the schedule shows 12am to 12 pm.

large practice with many providers

Allow for more than 10 active providers (dentists and hygienists) to be included in the daily and monthly projected totals. Currently the max that can be included in a "view setting" is 10.

Right click on patient in the Appointment book to get a choice to put the name on the windows clipboard.

I often need the name of the patient that is in todays' schedule to paste into other modules or Google Docs, etc.
