Breaking appoinments by date

We would like to see a feature created that would allow us to break the appointments by date instead of having to go into each patient chart and do this individually.

Quick letter template/information merge from treatment planner

It would be helpful to have a drafted formal letter for estimates that populates with the pt. information and also the planned treatment and associated cost for a scheduled appointment.
