flagging an appointment to alert when a patient is late

it would benefit front office staff to be more aware when a patient is late and they could make a phone call within mins

Appointment book view to include account balances

Having acc balances at a glance, without the pop up(which is annoying to me) would be helpful to the front desk when checking patients in/out, especially during busy times.

When setting complete on the appointment book, the Appointment Provider should be the default, not the family file provider.

Allow me to triple book the Dr.

We like to triple book with appointments that overlap ten minutes so we can seat the patient and they can be ready for the Dr. Dentrix will only allow us to double book. Remove this feature and let us book our patients as we deem necessary.
