to allow the schedule to show both the hygienist and the provider who will need to do exam

It would be very helpful for the provider's name to show up so that we know which dr will be needed to do exam so that we do not overbook one dr for that day with restorative as well as hygiene.

Limit scrolling to display only hours per practice schedule

Limit the scrolling for the Appointment Book View to only display the hours that the office is actually open (i.e. not be able to scroll to 12:00 am, if the office is open 8:00-5:00 only have the view scroll from 8:00-5:00)--unless there is an app...

Require STAFF Field completed when creating an apppointment

Require STAFF field completed in the Appointment Information window when someone schedules an appointment so we ALWAYS know who created the appointment. Too often it is left blank.

Appointment book view to include account balances

Having acc balances at a glance, without the pop up(which is annoying to me) would be helpful to the front desk when checking patients in/out, especially during busy times.

Save custom color palettes in appointment book.

We should be able to keep the custom color palettes. It takes too much time to go in and type in individual color codes every time I add an event or something else.

Skip days the office is not open on the schedule

Time consuming when a patient is on the phone and I am advancing day to day to find an appointment. We are never open weekends, why not skip from Friday straight to Monday
