Dentrix appointment list needs to have a way to document that you have attempted contact with a pt for broken or will call appointments .

I feel this would help eliminate duplicate calls to the same patient, when more than one person is working on the appt list.

This can help narrow searches to find patients more efficiently to fill in open time slots.

History look up on Scheduled events

I think it would be a good idea to be able to see the history of a scheduled event, like who scheduled the event, when it was scheduled and an y changes made to the event.
