mandatory fields set in the system so that a pt cant be add unless this info was entered-to decrease duplicate charts

we have so many patients with duplicate charts. If on the admin side a practice could determine what those fields are before a chart is to be saved that would help eliminate duplicate charts. Example the last 4 of a ss, dob and last name all 3 of ...

You should be able to view schedule when booking a pt for another appt without clicking from one to another. Not productive. To many clicks.

Because you are clicking and clicking and clicking to everything should be better for cking out a pt. Cant get anywhere fast. Look at Easy Dental much quicker

Show appts on Wait/Will Call with a Schedule of ASAP on the ASAP Appt List

Allow Wait/Will Call appointments where the "Schedule" is listed as ASAP to display on the 'ASAP' and 'ASAP All Time' list from the Appointment List view so that these patients can be identified without a scheduled appointment.

Need to be able to print a list of Unscheduled patients that are marked ASAP

You have to print a Will Call List and go thru each patient to find out who is on ASAP... Need to be able to choose this in the options of the set up and have it generate with only ASAP patients.

History look up on Scheduled events

I think it would be a good idea to be able to see the history of a scheduled event, like who scheduled the event, when it was scheduled and an y changes made to the event.
