Appointment book view to include account balances

Having acc balances at a glance, without the pop up(which is annoying to me) would be helpful to the front desk when checking patients in/out, especially during busy times.

recalls for "twice per cal yr" or policy year july to june (NYPD CIGNA pts)

the recall parameters needs to be able to add this format. along with policy years being July o June a an example (NYPD Cigna patients are thousands and thousands of patients) how has anyone been handling this issue?
