Reoccurring after hours schedule

HIPPA now requires us to put in our schedule any time someone comes to the office after hours, for example the cleaning crew. It would be helpful is you could make a way to make reoccurring scheduled things like this for the appointment book.

No Limit to Codes attaching for Appointments

with working in a specialty office we often restore full mouths and have upwards of 28 or more codes in ONE appointment.

Clincian name at top

It would be nice to be able to add a clincian name to the top of each column where it says OP1, OP2, etc. We are color coordinated as well but having names at the top would be easier with a multi-doctor office.

color coding hyg appts as secondary provider

Export Provider Schedule to Calendar Program

It would be helpful to be able to export a provider or staff members work schedule to a list with start and end times and into a calendar program such as Outlook or iCalendar.

Track patients status "wait time" "time to fill out paperwork"

I need to be able to track our patients wait time from paperwork to "here" to "seated in op" status. This feature would help our office be more efficient when scheduling.
