Highlighted row across the whole book.

Since we have about 9 ops, it can be hard to tell what line is what time. It would be nice to have a translucent highlighted row that moves with the time of the day.

multiple appointments or family appointments on same day

Multiple appointments for the same patient or family appointments on the same day should be highlighted somehow. This makes reminder calls much more efficient especially when family members have different surnames.

Appointment Font Turn Red for late patients

It would be nice for the font on the appointment to turn red when a patient is not checked in at their appointment time. This will help us see that the patient is late and we may need to call them to see their ETA.
