Expand the number of appointment initial reasons

The initial reasons is limited to 20 procedures codes. We need to add more procedures to select quickly for appointment scheduling.

Preauthorization received list

If I can print a list of authorizations I have back within a year(so not expired) to help schedule patients treatment when filling the schedule.

More Provider BLOCKS

We need more than 6 provider blocks. We are an office that utilizes time blocking to make our days run more efficiently. 6 is just not enough. There needs to be unlimited blocking.

Event Custom Color

Having the option to save all your custom colors would be helpful because we use the same few colors for our events and it would be easier to click those boxes rather than trying to figure out the same color each time we put an event in.

Individual Provider Report for a single day

Our provider has a specific hourly goal per day in mind and we would like to see future scheduled days to see if he is meeting it.

If patient is booking directly online, at the end of the page the button where the patient clicks on should say "BOOK NOW" instead of "submit request" so they know they are not requesting to book but are already securing an appointment

Prevent Multicodes from being able to set complete twice

Prevent Multi-codes from being able to set complete twice. It creates fraudulant billing. Errors are being made by having the ability to set things complete a second time and that should not be allowed.
