Phasing treatment in Ledger

It would be very helpful to be able to phase treatment in the ledger where you can enter treatment in by the code. Also in the ledger it should show in order of phases like seen in treatment plan.

Add an additional color for outstanding treatment for elective items vs emergent

We would like an additional color for outstanding treatment for items that are more elective in nature (nightguards, cosmetic dentistry, etc) vs items that need immediate attention: cracked teeth, decay, etc.

Adding an office logo to the treatment plan.
