We have used Easy Dental for 25 years so having to change to Dentrix was not my choice. Everything in Dentrix requires extra clicks to complete the same tasks. We are not as efficient as we use to be. We do not need to ever modify our treatment plan, we just need to print it. So why does it take 3 clicks to do that. I believe the default should be hit print to print and if you need to modify it then you have to go through the extra clicks. Why is my office being slowed down for not reason at all?
