Remove option to see other employees Time Clock

We would like to remove the option for our employees to check other employees time clocks, we know they can't edit it, but we don't like for them to be looking for other employees private information.

reorganize the staff on time clock

it would be helpful to be able to move the staff names in the folder. When a staff member no longer works at the office, we could move there name to the bottom of the list so that would leave all the active employees at the top of the list

Revive using Biometrics as a form of signing in to Dentrix.

With the increase of complexity of passwords and the need to keep the practice data safe, why not re-introduce biometric scanners as a way to sign into Dentrix modules. This will help with having to create new passwords every few months as well as...

Print Preview Time Punch Reports

Would be nice to be able to look at Time Punch Reports and Payroll Reports before I print them. I waste a lot of paper because I can't see the employee notes or reports on screen to be able to catch things that need corrected before I print.

Separate the clock in & clock out in set-up

I would like to have the employees be able to clock in but then I want to set the clock out to be a set time...this will prevent employees from wasting time clocking out just to add hours.

Calculate Reg Hours & OT Hours in the Time Clock

It would be a huge timesaver if the Dentrix time clock could calculate regular and over time hours on their time punch report. It is time consuming for our managers to have to calculate for each employee every payroll. Thanks so much :)

Time clock alert when an employee works over 40 hours per week

I would like to request a feature be added to Dentrix whereby an alert is posted somewhere or an email sent to notify a manager or someone who handles payroll whenever an employee works over 40 hours in any given week.
