Putting hygiene in doctor's color

Our doctors would love to have hygiene in "their" color. Instead of a different color for each hygienist, have the ability to put the hygiene patients in the doctor's color so they know which operatories they need to go in to do exams!

Bi-weekly schedule feature would be nice in the Appointment Book.

Instead of having to go into operatory setup every other week and change that in each operatory, I would like to be able to setup a schedule that changes every other week under Practice Schedule permanently.
