We need the ability to send a mass text to scheduled appointments of a certain type, status, or scheduled with certain provider.

Add a pop up warning to continuing care if scheduling a patient before they are due

This is useful especially for the insurances that will not pay a claim if the patient is even one day early for a cleaning

be able to turn off the schedule a new appt screen after you check a patient out.

We do not use that feature when scheduling the next appointment. Just an annoying feature that we wouldn't mind being able to skip.

Be able to place someone on the ASAP/Unscheduled list without having a scheduled appointment

Be able to place an unscheduled or new patient on the ASAP/Will Call list. Someone who wants in, but can’t for quite some time.

can not edit a prior scheduled event

MIssspelled , wrong title, an event can not be edited Has been a problem over 15 years and never fixed

Be able to search the appointment book for archive information instead of having to go to the family file.

A report to audit providers on percentage of booking patients back

If a report can be generated on each provider and their "booking back" percentage, it would enable us to work on these skills with the providers who have lower percentages of booking their patients back
