Running Reports with Patient without an appointment

We could use a report that tells us patients with treatment plans who currently do not have any appointment scheduled. This would greatly help with reactivation into hygiene of patients that have diagnosed treatment unscheduled

add patient file/info menu button to office journal

Patient information button or family file button to be accessed from the office journal menu. It would make it more efficient as a work tool and save more time clicking.
